One holds 14,740 square metres – almost 1.5 hectares in size. That plot dwarfs the other, which covers only 6,270 square metres. Though separate on paper, they sit as one piece on the ground.
That adds up to 21,010 square metres when put together. The transfer happened from Sonali Amit Rajput to fresh recipients. Confirmation arrived via Samira Land Assets Private Limited.
