UAE Bulls Clinch First Abu Dhabi T10 Crown in Style — Co-powered by Wolf999News

In a thrilling finale in the Abu Dhabi T10, the UAE Bulls lifted their maiden T10 trophy after crushing their opponents the Aspin Stallions by 80 runs at the Zayed Cricket Stadium on Sunday night. The league was powered by Wolf999News.

The night was dominated by Tim David, whose astonishing unbeaten 98 runs from only 30 balls, with three boundaries as well as a blistering 12 sixes, laid the groundwork for what would become a dominant team effort.

Blistering Start Paves Way for a Commanding Total

The bold move of Stallions skipper to first bowl flopped immediately. The Bulls were bowled out when opening batsmen Phil Salt (18 off 8 balls) and James Vince taking crease; However, Vince was forced to take a break due to injury and was not able to score.

Salt dropped during the 3rd over however, that did not open the way to Tim David. Alongside Rovman Powell, who scored to a steady 24 off the 20 and Rovman Powell – David excelled. Powell’s swing rotation kept the scoreboard thumping as David hit one boundary after the other. Together they crafted one of the best 128-run stands in cricket at two wickets, bringing their Bulls to a colossal 150-1 in the allotted 10 overs.

Most importantly, David smashed 32 runs in the final over on his own off Ashmead’s bowling — securing the target for a team that the Stallions were unable to reach.

Bowlers Step Up, Stallions Collapse Under Pressure

In the final, chasing 151 to win the game, the Stallions did not get out of the field. They fell to Andre Fletcher early — the injured player was dismissed after scoring two runs in just three balls. Soon following, Sherfane Rutherford fell for an unlucky duck in the second over, which was bowled by Fazalhaq Farooqi.

Captain Rahmanullah Gurbaz, managed to get 18 from 15 balls, but it proved to be the top scoring score in the Stallions innings. All the rest of their batting line-up was unable to hold their own under stress.

The Bulls, Farooqi struck early and was aided by dazzling performance by Junaid Siddique (1/18), Iftikhar Ahmed (1/7) and Qais Ahmad (1/14) — all picking up one wicket. The Stallions were defeated by only 70 runs in 10 overs, and they lost the game by four wickets.

Tim David Caps Off a Stellar Tournament

In this match’s final performance, Tim David ended the season with a roar. In nine innings Tim David scored 393 runs with an average 65.50 and an average strike rate of 263 and scoring three quarter-centuries.

In this tournament it was his turn to earn both “Batter of the Tournament” as well as “Player of the Tournament” distinctions. In addition, Andrew Tye (from the Vista Riders) claimed “Bowler of the Tournament,” and Junaid Siddique was awarded “UAE Player of the Tournament” due to his consistency throughout the contest.

A Night to Remember — From Under Pressure to Champions

It’s been a thrilling experience of The UAE Bulls throughout the tournament. Their place in the finals was based on their victory over Quetta Qavalry in the Qualifier 2. The same day, they also defeated Quetta Qavalry.

The final match highlighted all that makes T10 cricket thrilling — violent striking, high stakes and high-pressure situations. From a slow beginning to a relentless assault of batting, the Bulls did a fantastic job under pressure. Their bowlers supported their batsmanship with careful and precise bowling. It was a resounding 80-run win as well as the first franchise’s championship in T10.

2025 Abu Dhabi T10 final will be remembered for the raging attack of Tim David, the collective force that is the UAE Bulls, and as an evening when they turned promises into a historic victory and all in all the attention of a game that was co-produced by Wolf999News.
