According to officials, two people fainted during the rush, while one person suffered minor injuries. The sudden unrest prompted the event organisers to immediately pause the concert as security teams and police rushed in to regain control.
Crowd Surge Causes Panic and Injuries
Witnesses reported that the audience, overwhelmed by enthusiasm when Shreya took the stage, pushed toward the front to get a closer view. This sudden movement created a dangerous crowd crush, resulting in some individuals losing consciousness due to pressure.

After stabilisation, they were shifted to SCB Medical College and Hospital for further evaluation. Officials confirmed that all injured persons are in stable condition.
The person who suffered minor injuries received immediate care and did not require extended medical attention. Authorities praised the quick response of the emergency teams for preventing a potentially worse outcome.
